Wake Up World is a labor of love.
For years, we have watched the power-brokers of global government perpetrate crimes in the name of freedom, while tightening the censorship of opinions that contradict their political agenda and feeding us “news” that is invented solely to serve a political agenda of manipulation, fear and control. On May 1st 2011, we witnessed yet another example of this rubbish; the supposed ‘killing’ of Osama Bin Laden – again! – and his remarkably prompt and bodiless ‘burial at sea’. Overwhelmed, angry and in disbelief at the arrogance and laziness of this latest piece of propaganda, we vowed to do something positive, however small, to counter it. That was the day that Wake Up World was born.
Our initial focus was on unraveling the web of lies our Governments continue to spin in the name of maintaining control and supporting the Corporate agenda. But the site evolved as our readership grew. Today, our agenda is two-fold; to continue offering information that will help our readers see through the lies and break down the “old” ways of thinking and being, and also to celebrate and plan with our readers the bright future that lies ahead. We publish articles that make us feel good, and allow our readers to share their stories and thoughts and advice. We stand in our truth, share it with the world, and encouraging others to do the same. We hope in some small way that this contributes to the creation of the new, enlightened future we KNOW is on the horizon.
We all just have to do our part. We believe this is ours.
Of course, we encourage discernment and critical thinking. We certainly don’t believe everything we see, hear and read, and we don’t encourage you to either. Question any and all information that comes across your path, and that includes the information presented on Wake Up World. But most importantly follow your intuition; go with what feels right in your heart.
