Experience the supreme state of bliss
There is no round about way for the ultimate, hence there is no short cut. A person who believes in a round about way or shortcut is cheated.
All sadhana fails when you think that the path is round about. And if you have overconfidence with short cut, you wont be doing sadhana. Its time we understand that the path is simple and straight. You just need to live and execute it.
Santoshad…. Through contentment, supreme and ultimate joy is achieved.
Learning contentment-I think its a very plain and straight forward opening. There is no other way. Anything else leads to more and more complication.
When you decide to be content, the carpet will seem good, but then you will think-that one corner if I pull it this way, it can be made better.
Don’t think there is an army of enemies in your inner space. Your inner space is more intelligent. It will show only one enemy. The moment u accept one enemy you are done. By the time you kill that enemy, your great friendly mind is ready with another, by the time you kill that, your great friendly mind will make you finish all thoughts about contentment.
If your mind brings 10 enemies, you can have a direct fight to finish but your mind will say everything is great, just my husband needs to fall in tune with Swamiji! Im completely content, just this one thing needs to be corrected.
Your mind knows the capacity of your shredha, your sincerity. Your mind know that nothing much is required to disrupt you from the sadhana, experience, just one small problem. By the time you attend to that, there will be one more small enemy. Your mind is laughing at you. For contentment there will not b too many enemies.
Decide, now you are going to practice, no question of allowing one enemy. I am content from now. Out of that content feeling, I will work.
Contentment is like a huge snow capped mountain, glide in it, ski in it, the moment you hit a rock, go back, no more skiing, go back to the snow. The moment you see yourself hit the ground, in rough terrain, decide no, Im dropping, get back to the contentment. Im dropping everything, Im getting back to my space of contentment.
Your bio-memory is very responsible. Your logic is irresponsible. When u withdraw from your day to day activities, the bio-memory feels threatened. It will say, I cant be like this, not being useful, how can I do like this, get back to contentment, sukaha, labaha-attainment of the ultimate joy.
Once you dump like this, your mind knows how to get back the contentment quickly. Otherwise, your mind knows you are not going to get back to the normal life. So get back to contentment.
Im going to move my body only if I am contented. Your mind will find some reason, so many people are in worse situations etc, when you put your bio memory in a survival threat, it will support you. Do the self strike. Non-cooperation movement with your life!
When your logic says, this is one small thing, if you correct it, you will be content. Do a strike. Then your bio memory will be in pressure. The only way is if you find contentment, it will find some method. Put pressure on your bio-memory, only if you are content you will exist. The only way is to get back to contentment.
Let your bio-memory bring you contentment, then it will become a system in you. Create chaos in you, that is the only way to find a solution. The more and more you try to keep your make up perfect, more and more diseases are growing in you.
Instead, churn, and you will find the solution. Just shift the responsibility to your identity. Simply your bio-memory will find a way to get back to your life and regular routine because by nature your identity will be shaken or disturbed when your life or normalcy is disturbed.
Make contentment as the first vridha. I will be content, only then I will be doing anything. Break your regular life, your routine. Your whole identity will shiver and put you in contentment. That contentment will never be taken away from you. If your logic tries to find a way, it wont work.
Whenever I put people back on their own biomemory, they just stand up and take the responsibility. When I give too much support, the whole thing collapses, they want to lean on me more and more.
So tell yourself Im going to be content. Strike, keep a board, Im striking, discontentment go go, contentment come come! Everybody will know, the pressure will build up, there will be no other way, you have to get back to contentment.
Don’t base yourself in the stability of the outer world. Don’t think this one thing will do it.
This is the only way for sukalabhaha
You have only 2 ways of living-managing, managing with make up or being content. How long will you go on managing? When you don’t have contentment, the whole world will know. No body will respect you if your board is up every 2 days. Your bio-memory is under pressure, you cant maintain an image or identity. Your bio-memory will have to find the solution. No other way.
In 2 or 3 strikes some how your bio-memory will show you and get you back. This is what I call creating chaos for order. If you try to create order out of chaos, you will not find it. So create chaos and your bio-memory will find you’re the solution.
